Pursuant to CDA Memorandum Circular 2020-14 dated June 22, 2020 the NORLU CEDEC Board of Directors cancelled the holding of the 45th NORLU CEDEC’s Annual General Assembly for fiscal year 2020 through videoconferencing as per Board Resolution No. 44-90, series 2020 due to the following reasons:
- Technical difficulties and inconvencies that might create confusion, misunderstanding and frustrations among the delegates;
- Challenges in securing a quality internet connection by each delegate to actively participate;
- Consideration of the acknowledgement of participation of delegates during the deliberation of the Assembly Agenda;
- Validation of votes during election process; and
- The quorum required and the numbers who will join the meeting.
However, we in the management shall continue providing you updates on NORLU CEDEC’s activities through this website or social media (Facebook, email accounts). We will also provide advisory for the release of NORLU CEDEC Annual Report soon.
We commit and assure that NORLU CEDEC will continuously exploring for improvements on how can we best serve you and the good system of business interdependence with each other especially in this trying times and this “NEW NORMAL”.
