The immediate focus for the project of NORLU-CEDEC was on providing a complete, safe and secure foundation for the gasoline service station project. Together, NORLU-CEDEC came up with a stronger overall experience on assisting and organizing the overall project development from start to finish.
The project of NORLU-CEDEC started out with a backfilling process of sand to the fuel tank area which was completed. However, the backfilling process does need expert skills and knowledge in the specifications, requirements, and understanding of the soil conditions in the area. With the backfilling process done, a concrete slab was placed over the fuel tanks to prevent them from moving during a flood. And to achieve a safe and spontaneous opening for the fuel tanks, the sand was placed in the correct position before any other materials were placed. The construction team did an excellent job and conducted a Hydro test for the fuel tanks making sure that it’s leak-free. The installing of the steel roof truss was fast and easy with a high-anti rust performance structure. All the canopy steel truss works were also installed making sure that it’s durable, stable and aesthetic.
During the construction process of the commercial building, care must always be exercised in the design so that stones are sized correctly, of high quality and placed to the proper thickness. Retaining wall and support system selection in deep excavations can have a significant impact on the time, cost and performance of the project. That’s why each floor is constructed with safety and a strong foundation in mind. With the ongoing project of NORLU-CEDEC, be reminded that every concrete placement is different. Luckily, the construction team made the project of NORLU-CEDEC a complete success wherein the size, shape, and depth of the project were all considered during the development process. Remember that different buildings have different requirements, so it’s best to hire someone you can trust to do an excellent job.
