TO ALL AFFILIATES,
We hope this advisory/message finds you, your family, staff, officers and members well, and in good health especially this trying times.
If you are aware of the CDA issued a Memorandum Circular No. 10, series 2020 that Federations and Unions can hold their virtual Annual General Assemblies (AGAs). So this means that we may utilize these following platforms either Zoom or Google.
However, the purpose of this advisory is to check the signal or reception of internet in your respective places. Second, is to determine how many affiliates can participate if we go for virtual assembly. Thirdly, we can also determine how we can reach out affiliates that do not have access to internet and cannot participate for such virtual assembly.
So here are the questions that your cooperative must answer:
