You are invited to attend the NORLU CEDEC’s 42nd Annual General Assembly on May 19 – 20, 2017 at Nueva Vizcaya Alay Kapwa Multi-Purpose Cooperative Training Center, Mabini Street, Poblacion South, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya with a theme: “NORLU CEDEC, your Partner in Nation Building”.

The registration fee per delegate is Two Thousand Five Hundred (PhP2,500.00) Pesos for Live-In, inclusive of PM snack, dinner and lodging on the 19th of May 2017; and breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks on the 20th of May 2017; and kits for those who confirm on or before May 6, 2017. Live-Out is Two Thousand Two Hundred (PhP2,200.00) Pesos. Registration fee of confirmed delegate/s who will not attend the 42nd NAGA will be charged to the Cooperative represented. For delegates who will confirm beyond May 6, 2017 shall pay a Registration Fee of PhP2,800.00 for Live-In and PhP2,400.00 for Live-Out but not assured of kits.

You can deposit your registration fee to our Current Account with LBP-Baguio Branch, Account No. 0222-0105-94; Metro Bank Account No. 003-3-00352319-6; and BDO Account No. 5460116482 under Account Name: NORLU CEDEC.

Registration of delegates during the 42nd NAGA will start at 2:00PM of May 19, 2017. To confirm your attendance please fill-up the attached Confirmation Form and email at norlucedec_1975@yahoo.com.ph or text to Mobile Phone No. 09499913930 on or before May 6, 2017. (Note: Schedules of Activity shall be included in the kit).
